More healthy cookies. Promise.

Sooo if you haven't realized by this point, I really, really like baking with bananas & oats. Like, a lot. Bananas are a personal favorite because they provide their own sweetness: you really don't need to add any additional sweetener, which is obviously pretty kickass (less sugar? Sign me up). And oats... well, oats function as a flour, but they're whole grain, gluten free (provided you buy them that way), and they have a butt load of fiber & provide other awesome nutrients like protein & iron. Moral of the story: bake with oats & bananas more often, & life will be good 😉.

Here's a new little healthy cookie recipe I have for ya involving oats, bananas, cocoa powder, coconut oil & PB😋😋😋

3 ripe bananas

2 c rolled oats (I use Trader Joe's gluten free)

1/4 c creamy all-natural peanut butter

1/4 c cocoa powder

1/3 c coconut oil, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mash bananas then add remainder of ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 350* while you let batter sit for approximately 20 min. Spoon balls of batter onto UNgreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool then feel free to eat as many as you want because they're guilt-free 😁🍪
