Sometimes, you're forced to create your own recipe when you can't find the ingredients you need at the store for the recipe you're supposed to be following. This is one of those times. Fortunately, I got lucky, because this is soooo tasty & such a PERFECT fall dish. Which, it better be, because I'm attending a fall fete tonight & I obviously can't show up empty-handed.

1/2 can pumpkin
8 oz fluff
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Whip, whip, & whip! Then throw in the fridge 'til ready to serve. Pair with graham crackers or apples - I grabbed some Pamela's gluten-free Cinnamon Graham's. Unfortunately, they do have butter in them 😒 but it was all KS had. I know Whole Foods has a much better GF graham cracker selection!
