Seasonal Apple Cider Smoothie

When I say this smoothie/slushy/amazing drink concoction tastes like apple pie, I am NOT exaggerating. It's also super refreshing and WILL give you brain freeze if you drink it too fast, so be warned because you'll want to chug!

It's also gluten-free and dairy-free. Duh.

1 frozen banana

1 c all-natural apple cider. I found mine from a local farm, making sure I stayed away from preservatives & additives

1 c almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

dash ground ginger

handful ice

If you use unsweetened almond milk, you may need to add some sweetener. I'd suggest a few Medjool dates or maple syrup!
